Lets hope it is more reliable than the 8500. One year and 6 months use and it is now a 50 lb. paper weight. After a mopnth it needed a new drum, since it was pouring out ink into the waste bin. A couple more months and a lot of ink wasted and there was a firmware upgrade. 11 or 12 months in use and the LCD panel goes out. 18 month in use and it stops, Xerox says it is the drum again and it will cost me $700, but they will install it for free. LOL the 8560 sells for $699. Phaser printers only make sense if you are using the heck out of them, have 2, one to use and one to get fixed, and keep a service contract up on them. Otherwise you are going to see 1/2 your ink in the waste tray and a dead printer in 18 months.
