Kodak EasyShare Printer Dock Plus Series 3

printer review

For someone who already owns a kodak digital camera, you should own this printer dock too.
The dock provides easy dye-sublimation printing of high-quality 4x6 prints, and allows you to do red-eye correction without using a computer or software.
The connectivity options of the Plus Series 3 dock really give this unit a personality of its own, and its features are what save it from being discarded as simply another cog in the EasyShare line-up.
the printer dock works with any other PictBridge digital cameras. You can’t dock non-Kodak cameras, but you can hook them up using the supplied USB cable. Once connected, you can view and print your pictures using the in-camera menu system.

Dell 3000cn

printer review

Dell 3000cn earned our Best Buy in part because this very low-priced model delivered high print quality, printed quickly, sell at $449.
The 3000cn should be economical to run. The estimated cost of 1.5 cents per monochrome page is the least expensive among the printers on our chart. Though the starter cartridges are rated to last only 2000 pages for black and 1000 pages for color, Dell sells a 4000-page black toner cartridge for $45; each 2000-page color cartridge costs $65.

With maximized power, superb reliability and inspired single-pass print technology, your mountain of everyday office printing gets done at lightning speed. And that's just the beginning. Imagine your office having the printing capability to tackle everything including high-volume printing, various sizes from postcard to 12 x 18 inches, and specialty projects like labels, business cards and brochures. All in high-impact color, and at a price you can afford.

  • Speed
    • The Phaser 7300 is the fastest color printer in the line up.
    • Imagine the end of clogged print jobs and time-consuming waits at the printer. This printer cranks out color at 30 pages per minute (ppm) with a first-page-out time of only 16 seconds.
    • By the way, black-and-white documents print at 37 ppm with only a 13 second first-page-out time.

    • At 2400 dot-per-inch (dpi) resolution, the Phaser 7300 prints sharper text and finer lines-ideal for color drawings, flow charts, schedules, spreadsheets, and marketing materials.
    • The auto-thickness sensor adjusts the fuser temperature to the paper type so you get a consistent look whether you're printing on recycled paper, bond stock, or glossy paper.
  • Productivity
    • Got a lot of prints to run? No problem. This printer supports large workgroups with large print jobs.
    • The Phaser 7300 uses a 500 MHz processor, which means many employees can use the same printer efficiently.
    • Add the hard disk to store up to 100 saved jobs you can reprint from the printer's front panel.
    • Print on a wide range of paper sizes, including custom paper up to 12" x 36" (banner size).
    • Base units start with a 650-sheet paper capacity and can be built up to 2850.
  • Costs
    • The Phaser 7300 offers tabloid color printing at a very affordable price.
    • Reduce your costs even more by printing in-house memos and drafts in draft mode or by using the two-sided printing option.
    • Bonus! Toners for the 7300 have higher capacity than many print cartridges, so you don't need to replace them as often, which saves you time and money
